What does "fully furnished" include in your properties?
Our fully furnished properties include all essential furniture, appliances, kitchenware, bed linens, towels, and basic cleaning supplies. Relocation-Ready Apartments also come with a welcome pantry stocked with essentials. Executive Suites include premium furnishings and a dedicated home office setup, while Private Villas feature high-end furniture throughout and dedicated staff quarters.
How quickly can we arrange accommodation for an incoming employee?
We typically need 7 to 10 business days to prepare a property once we receive confirmed details. For urgent situations, we maintain a selection of ready-to-occupy units that can be arranged within 3 to 5 business days. Our relocation concierge can assist with immediate temporary accommodation if needed while the preferred property is being prepared.
What are the lease terms and payment structures?
Our minimum lease term is one month for Relocation-Ready Apartments, with most clients opting for 3 to 6 months initially. Executive Condominiums are typically leased for 3 to 12 months, while Private Villas have a 6-month minimum. Payment is monthly in advance, with a refundable security deposit equal to one month's rent. We accept bank transfers and corporate billing arrangements.
What support services are included with the rental?
All rentals include a dedicated property manager available during business hours. Relocation-Ready Apartments come with a concierge who assists with neighborhood orientation, local registrations, and practical setup. Executive Suites include weekly cleaning, while Private Villas have a property steward managing daily household operations. Maintenance requests are handled within 24 hours for all property types.
Are utilities and internet included in the monthly rate?
High-speed internet is included in all properties. For Executive Condominiums and Private Villas, utilities (electricity, water, gas) are billed separately based on actual consumption. Relocation-Ready Apartments include a utilities allowance up to RM 200 per month, with any excess billed separately. Condominium facility fees are included in the monthly rental for Executive Suites.
How do you ensure privacy and data security?
We treat all client information with strict confidentiality. Personal data is stored securely and used only for rental administration and service delivery. We do not share client details with third parties except as required for property management (such as utility providers) or as mandated by Malaysian law. Our privacy practices comply with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010.
